This is my favorite to drink mid-morning or mid-afternoon. It is slightly sweet (add the whole pineapple for more sweetness) and makes me feel clean and energized. It is shocking to see how little juice a bag of spinach will produce, but imagine eating that whole bag in one sitting?? It's nice to know that you can get so many nutritional benefits from drinking it!!
- 1 bag baby spinach
- 2 bulbs fennel (chop in half, and core)
- ¾ hothouse cucumber
- ¾ pineapple
Process all ingredients through your juicer, pour into a glass and enjoy right away! Or store in the fridge in a lidded mason jar to drink over the next few days. Easy to bring with you!
